MZK Szczecin

In 2007 year our company has built 6 cars of type 105N2k/S/2000/PROTRAM on license of Alstom Konstal S.A. for MZK Szczecin. The cars are active trailers assigned to work with 105N2k/S/2000 type cars used in the city. They have GTO type drive. From original they diffirents by changes caused by law ie. wider doors. Additional cars was equiped in envirnment monitoring.

 

MPK Wroclaw

To the end of year 2004 we have conducted more than 200 general overhauls and refurbishments of the cars. We have also begun the production of 204 WrAs type cars. By the end of year 2006 we delivered first two of the 205 WrAs type cars. It is a three-module, partially low-floor tram...(vide: news). MPK Wroclaw is the biggest consumer of our products and services. Owing to the co-operation and information exchange, relations between our companies shape up very well.

After first delivers of 204 WrAs and 205 WrAs type cars which pass tests in Wroclaw, we continue cooperation with MPK Wroclaw and we've delifered next 4 cars of type 205 WrAs and 2 duo-unit cars of type 204 WrAs.

 

MPK Gdansk

We have produced 10 tramway cars so far, in which the following works took place:

  • Modernization of the propelling steering system, due to the application of the IGBT TV PROGRESS driver

  • Static inverter ALSTOM SMTK

  • Pantograph steered by an electric drive

  • Ventilation heating of the passenger compartment

  • Ventilation heating of the driver's cockpit

  • Modernization of the door drive steering system to the IGE type

  • Electronic informative-numeric boards, centrally programmed from the driver cockpit

MPK Poznan

In year 2001 our company made an overhaul of two 105 type cars for the MPK Poznan; overhauls included:

  • Static inverters

  • Pantograph with a modernized sledges

  • Ventilated heating of passenger compartment

  • Door made of plastic, with a new type drive installed

  • Entrance steps made of aluminium steel

  • Vandalism-proof passenger seats

  • Modernized steering cabinet

  • Anticorrosion protection guaranteeing at least 10 years of operation

  • Passenger handrails made of stainless steel

  • Traction trolleys with new crossbeams of steel 18g2a and with 20 PMd transmission with a reinforced axle
